Babycorn Bajji

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

1. Baby Corn-4 pieces
2. Gram flour (Kadala Mavu)- 4 tablespoons
3. Refined wheat flour (Maida)-4 tablespoons
4. Chilly powder - 1 teaspoon
5. Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
6. Garam masala - 1 pinch
7. Milk- 4 teasppon
8. Salt - 1 teaspoon
9. Oil - 1 Tablespoon
Babycorn
Method:
Step 1: Take gram flour and refined wheat flour in a bowl, mix it well.

Step 2: Add Chilly,turmeric powder and garam masala in the bowl,mix it well. Then, add milk and salt, make a paste form. If you need, add water.


Step 3: Dip baby corns in the paste. 


Step 4: Pour 1 tablespoon oil in pan and heat it in medium flame.


Step 5: Put the dipped baby corns in it and fry it deeply.
