Method:
Step
1(Pr-preparation): Take sugar in a pan, add one glass of water and allow it to boil on medium flame. Add powdered cardamom to this boiling solution. Make a medium thick sugar syrup. Soak dal and fenugreek seeds in water for two hours.
Step 2: Take a mixer grinder, grind dal very well. Add corn flour and red color to 50ml of water and add to dal paste, and mix it well.
Step 3: Take a frying pan, pour oil and warm it on medium flame. Take piping bag or a cloth with a hole, fill paste and squeeze into oil according to design as seen in the picture. For design, squeeze using round method and a line on top of it. Once it is fried, transfer from oil to luke warm sugar syrup. Keep it for five minutes and transfer to a container.
