Beef curry/ beef chili gravy |

Ingredients :
- Beef (cube sized) - 500 gm
- Rice Bran Oil- 50ml
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds- 1 tsp
- Onion- 3 no. (Sliced)
- Tomato- 1 no.(Sliced)
- Turmeric powder- 2 Tsp
- Coriander powder-6 Tsp
- Garam masala- 2 tsp
- Chili powder- 4 Tsp
- Garlic- 20 no.
- Ginger big size- 1 no. (Chopped)
- Salt- as needed
Step 1: In a pressure cooker, take washed beef pieces, add salt and keep it on medium flame till you get 4-5 whistles.
Step 2: Pour oil into a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard and cumin seeds in the same pan, after a few seconds, add garlic, ginger, onion, tomato and curry leaves, and fry it well. Add turmeric, coriander, garam masala and chili powder and sort it well for a few seconds. Add cooked beef and mix it nicely. Let it cooked for 10 minutes. Don't forget to stir it well in between. Add water and salt if needed.
