Easy and healthy homemade dark chocolate for kids
Easy and healthy homemade dark chocolate for kids
Preparation time- 5 mins
Cooking time-  5 mins 
Total time- 10 mins

Ingredients :
  1. Coconut oil- 3Tsp
  2. coco powder- 3 Tsp
  3. Sugar powder- 6 Tsp
  4. Honey- 3 tsp
  5. Vanilla essence-1/2 Tsp
Method:

Step 1: Take water in a pan, add one glass of water and allow it to boil on medium flame. Take another bowl, keep it in boiling water (double boiling method). 

Step 2: Pour oil, add sugar and coco powder, stir it well and add honey and essence. After a few minutes, you can mold into any shapes and can garnish with dry fruits. Keep it in the freezer in an airtight container.

To be noted: As you did not add stabilizing agents, it would be melting at room temperature.

  4. Grated coconut- 4 tsp 
  5. Corn flour-1 Tsp
Method:

Step 1: Take water in a pan, add one glass of water and allow it to boil on medium flame. Take another bowl, keep it in boiling water (double boiling method). 

Step 2: Pour oil, add coconut and do stir fry for a few minutes. Then, add sugar and milk powder, stir it well and add corn flour. After a few minutes, you can mold into any shapes and can garnish with raisins. Keep it in the freezer in an airtight container.
