Choco caramel dry fruits cake

Ingredients :
- Corn flour-2 tsp
- All purpose flour/Maida- 1 cup
- Baking powder-1 tsp
- Salt- a pinch
- Egg- 3no.
- Powdered sugar- 2 cup
- Vanilla essence-1 tsp
- Butter- 20 gm
- Milk- 2tsp
- Choco powder- 5 tsp
- Dry fruits as needed (Soak dry fruits in sugar solution or plain solution for 2 hrs)
Step 1: Take maida, corn flour, baking powder, coco powder and salt in a strainer, sift it two times and keep it aside. For caramel solution, take a pan and warm it on low flame. Add sugar and wait for melting till brown color. Add 5ml of boiling water and stir it well, and keep it aside.
Step 2: Using hand held electric beater, beat butter continuously till the mixture turns into thick paste.Add powdered sugar and beat it until the sugar dissolves. Then add egg one by one, beat continously till it becomes thick mixture.
Step 3: Then, add vanilla essence and caramel solution, and mix it well with the beater.
Step 4: Add sifted flour and melted butter into beaten mixture. Fold it gently with wooden spatula. Add chopped dry fruits too. Take a cake pan, apply butter liberally and dust it with maida and spread butter paper.
Step 5: Pre heat the oven at 180 Degree Celsius and bake the cake in conventional mode at 180 Degree Celsius for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, insert a long stick into the baked cake and withdraw it. If the stick is sticky, you have to bake it for another 2-3 minutes.
Step 6: Take the pan from oven and allow it to cool.

This cake is very soft and even if you keep it in a refrigerator for 2-3 days, still it will be very soft....really!!
