- Eggs-3 no.
- Oil-3 tsp
- Mustard-1/2 tsp
- Ginger chopped- 1 tsp
- Garlic chopped-2 tsp
- Chili Powder- 1 teaspoon
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder- 2 tsp
- Onion- 2 no. (Medium size, sliced)
- Curry leaves- as needed
- Coriander leaves- as needed
- Coconut milk- 1 glass (optional)
- Salt - as needed
Step 1: Take a pan, pour oil and add mustard seeds when it gets warm in low flame. Add ginger, garlic, onion and curry leaves and fry till onion gets golden brown color.
Step 2: Add turmeric, chili and coriander powder, mix it very well in low flame.
Step 3: Then, add coconut milk or water and salt, mix it very well, cover with a lid and keep it in low flame for 5-7 minutes. Then, break the eggs directly into the gravy. Cover with a lid and cook it for 5 minutes. After that, you open it and allow it to cool. Finally, you can garnish with coriander leaves too.
