Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- Corn Flour - 2 tablespoon
- Coconut Milk-5 tablespoon
- Chopped Vegetable ( Carrots/Beans/Cabbage) - 100gm
- Salt
- Butter- 1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper
Method:
Step
1: Take a pan, sort chopped vegetables in butter
Step 2:Add 1/2 glass of water and salt, boil it for 10 minutes till vegetables are cooked
Step 3:Meanwhile, mix cornflour and table spoon of water, make a paste form
Step 4: Add corn flour paste and coconut milk to the boiling solution and stir it continuously till it becomes moderate consistency.
Step 5:Serve it warm with pepper powder

- Stir it in a same direction
- Boil it in a moderate flame
- You can adjust the consistency with coconut milk
