Rava/Semolina fruity pudding |

Ingredients :
- Semolina- 25gm
- Oil- 2 tsp
- Coconut- 1/2 cup
- sugar- as needed
- Salt- 1 pinch
- Chopped fruits- as needed
- Chopped banana/Nendran- 1 no.
Step
1(Pr-preparation):Roast the rava in a pan on medium flame and keep it aside.
Step 2: Pour oil in the same pan, add coconut, sugar and water, and allow it to boil. Add semolina and roasted rava and mix it well. Reduce the flame to low and cover it with a lid. Allow it to cook for five minutes.
Step 3: Serve it as lukewarm with fruits.
