Ingredients :
- Kozhuva/Anchovies-500 gm
- Onion- 2 no. (Sliced)
- Coconut- 1 cup
- Green chili- 2no.
- Curry leaves as needed
- Garlic and ginger- as needed
- Turmeric powder-2 Tsp
- Kudam puli/Malabar tamarind- 2no.(Soaked in water)
- Salt- as needed
Kozhuva/Anchovies curry (without oil)
Step 1: Take a pan, put anchovies, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and coconut, and mix it with your hand very well. Add soaked tamarind and water. Keep it on a moderate flame and allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Let it cooked for a few minutes by open, in between stir it well. Allow it to cool.
