Preparation time- 5 mins
Cooking time-  15 mins 
Total time- 20 mins

Ingredients :
  1. Kozhuva/Anchovies-500 gm
  2. Onion- 2 no. (Sliced)
  3. Coconut- 1 cup
  4. Green chili- 2no.
  5. Curry leaves as needed
  6. Garlic and ginger- as needed
  7. Turmeric powder-2 Tsp
  8. Kudam puli/Malabar tamarind- 2no.(Soaked in water)
  9. Salt- as needed

    Method:
Step 1: Take a pan, put anchovies, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and coconut, and mix it with your hand very well. Add soaked tamarind and water. Keep it on a moderate flame and allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Let it cooked for a few minutes by open, in between stir it well. Allow it to cool.
