Ingredients
- Beef- 1 steak
- Turmeric powder- ½ tsp
- Chilly powder-1 tsp
- Pepper powder-1/2 tsp
- Salt
- Lemon juice-1 tsp
- Vegetables- as needed
- Corn- as needed
- Butter-2 tsp
- Cheese- 1 slice
- Fresh cream- as needed
- Egg-1
- Wickenburg sauce- 3 tsp
- Red wine- 1 tsp
- Oil -2 tsp
- Chopped Onion – 1
- Pepper- 1 tsp
Step 1: Prepare the grilled beef.( Visit Grilled Chili Beef Steak ).
Step 2: Heat the pan in one stove. Take another pan, sauté
the vegetables in butter. Keep it on nearby pan which is on the low
flame.
Step 3: For sauce,
pour oil, sauté onions, add pepper and salt, add Wickenburg sauce, red
wine and fresh cream. Regulate the taste by adding salt (if needed)
or adding a pinch of sugar.
Step 4:Place grilled
beef on top of vegetables, pour warm sauce.
Step 5: Break the egg on the top
of it. Sprinkle cheese and then, fresh cream.Take the pan from the
stove. Serve it on the same pan as warm.
Now, warm beef steak sizzler is ready
