- Liver-500 gm
- Rice bran oil- 3 tsp (recommended)
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds- 12 seeds
- Chopped onion-2 no.
- Tomato Chopped- 1 no.
- Chopped ginger- 2 tsp
- Chopped garlic-3 tsp
- Curry leaves- as needed
- Coriander leaves- as needed
- Mint leaves- as needed
- Turmeric powder-1 tsp
- Chili powder-2 tsp
- Coriander powder- 4 tsp
- Garam masala- 1 tsp
- Salt - as needed
Step
1: Take a pan, pour oil and add mustard and cumin seeds, when it gets warm in medium flame. Add ginger, garlic, onion and curry leaves and fry till onion gets golden brown color.
Step 2: Add turmeric, chili, garam masala and coriander powder, mix it very well in low flame.
Step 3: Add tomato and sort it for a few minutes.
Step 4: Then, add liver and salt, mix it very well, covered with lid and keep it in low flame for 15-20 minutes. Finally, you can garnish with coriander and mint leaves too.
