Ingredients :
- Pasta- 1 cup
- Rice bran oil- 2 tsp (recommended)
- Oregano- 1 tsp (optional) or Cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
- Chopped onion- 1 no.
- Chopped tomato and capsicum- 1 cup
- Corn flour- 1 tsp
- Tomato paste - 3 tsp
- Curry leaves- as needed
- Salt- as needed
Step
1: Boil pasta in boiling water for 10 minutes. Add 1 tsp of oil and salt in the water. Please remember that well cooked pasta wouldn't be sticked to teeth.
To make tomato paste, put tomato and salt in boiled water for 10 minutes. After that peel the skin and grind it well.
Mix corn flour in 3 tsp of water and keep it aside.
Step 2: Pour oil in a pan, put oregano or cumin seeds and onion and sort it well. Add chopped vegetables and just mix it well. Pour corn flour and tomato paste and boil it for a few minutes, and mix it well. Add cooked pasta and mix it well. Serve as warm.
