Ingredients :
- Instant noodles- 1 packet
- Chopped carrot-50gm
- Chopped beans-50 gm
- Corn seeds- as needed
- Green peas- 25gm
- Egg-1
- Pepper powder-1 tsp
- Salt- as needed
Step
1: Pour water in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add noodles, flavoring masala, all vegetables and salt, and stir it well.
Let it cooked for a few minutes, in between stir it well. Do not cover with a lid. Break an egg on the top of noodles and cover with a lid. Let it cooked for three minutes. Switch off the flame, sprinkle pepper powder and serve it as warm.
