Ingredients :
- Chopped tapioca- 500gm
- Garlic chopped-2 tsp
- Green Chilli- 1 no.
- Turmeric Powder- 1/2 teaspoon
- Sambar Onion- 5 no. (Medium size, sliced)
- Cumin seeds-1 tsp
- Curry leaves- as needed
- Grated coconut- 1 cup
- Coconut oil- 2 tsp
- Salt - as needed
Step
1: Cook tapioca in boiled water with salt. When its get cooked, strain water and again, keep it on the stove with low flame.
Step 2: Take coconut, garlic, green chilli, turmeric powder, sambar onion and cumin seeds and grind it as a paste.
Step 3: Add this mixture to cooked tapioca, stir it well and keep it closed with a lid for five minutes
Step 4: Then, add coconut oil. Finally, you can garnish with curry leaves too.
