Ladies finger chili stir fry
Preparation time- 10 mins
Cooking time-  20mins 
Total time- 30 mins

Ingredients for ladies finger chili stir fry:
  1. Sliced ladies finger-250gm
  2. Finely chopped onion- 50 gm
  3. Oil- 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  6. Chili powder- 1 tsp
  7. Chili flakes- 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt- as needed 
  9. Curry leaves-as needed 
Method:

Step 1: Pour oil in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, after a few seconds, add chopped onion, ladies finger, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt, and stir it well. Add 3 tsp of water and cover with a lid, and let it cook for a few minutes. You stir in between well and make sure that it should not get burned.
Sprinkle chili flakes and let it get dried by open cooking for a few minutes.
Switch off the flame and allow it to cool.

Ingredients for coccinia fry:
  1. Sliced coccinia-1 cup
  2. Finely chopped onion- 50 gm
  3. Oil- 2 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds- 1/2 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
  6. Chili powder- 1 tsp
  7. Chili flakes- 1/2 tsp
  8. Salt- as needed 
  9. Curry leaves-as needed 
Method:

Step 1: Pour oil in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, after a few seconds, add chopped onion, coccinia, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt, and stir it well. Add 3 tsp of water and cover with a lid, and let it cook for a few minutes. You stir in between well and make sure that it should not get burned.

  1. Chopped bittergourd- 100 gm
  2. Finely chopped onion- 50 gm
  3. Oil- 3 tsp
  4. Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
  5. Tumeric powder- 1 tsp
  6. Green chili- 1 no.
  7. Salt- as needed 
  8. Coconut- 25 gm 
  9. Curry leaves- as needed 
Method:

Step 1: Pour oil in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, after a few seconds, add chopped onion,  curry leaves, turmeric powder, chili  and stir it well.  Add bittergourd and cook it covered for a few minutes till it gets dry. Add coconut also.

Let it cooked for a few minutes by open, in between stir it well.

Easy and healthy homemade dark chocolate for kids

Preparation time- 5 mins

Ingredients :
  1. Coconut oil- 3Tsp
  2. coco powder- 3 Tsp
  3. Sugar powder- 6 Tsp
  4. Honey- 3 tsp
  5. Vanilla essence-1/2 Tsp
Method:

Step 1: Take water in a pan, add one glass of water and allow it to boil on medium flame. Take another bowl, keep it in boiling water (double boiling method). 

Step 2: Pour oil, add sugar and coco powder, stir it well and add honey and essence. After a few minutes, you can mold into any shapes and can garnish with dry fruits. Keep it in the freezer in an airtight container.

To be noted: As you did not add stabilizing agents, it would be melting at room temperature.

Ingredients :
  1. Kozhuva/Anchovies-500 gm
  2. Onion- 2 no. (Sliced)
  3. Coconut- 1 cup
  4. Green chili- 2no.
  5. Curry leaves as needed
  6. Garlic and ginger- as needed
  7. Turmeric powder-2 Tsp
  8. Kudam puli/Malabar tamarind- 2no.(Soaked in water)
  9. Salt- as needed   
    Kozhuva/Anchovies curry (without oil)
    Method:
Step 1: Take a pan, put anchovies, onion, garlic, ginger, green chili, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and coconut, and mix it with your hand very well. Add soaked tamarind and water. Keep it on a moderate flame and allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes.

Step 2: Let it cooked for a few minutes by open, in between stir it well. Allow it to cool.
