Ingredients :
- Finely chopped carrot and beans- 50 gm
- Finely chopped onion- 1 no.
- Roasted vermicelli- 100 gm
- Oil- 3 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Green chili- 1 no.
- Curry leaves- as needed
- Salt- as needed
Step
1: Pour oil in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, after a few seconds, add chopped onion, carrot, beans, curry leaves, green chili and salt, and stir it well. After a few minutes, pour one glass of water and let it boil. Add roasted vermicelli and let it cooked for a few minutes by covering with a lid, in between stir it well.
