Carrot bitter gourd pickle |

Ingredients :
- Finely chopped carrot and bitter gourd- 100 gm each
- Gingely Oil- 50ml
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Chili green- 3 no. (chopped)
- Garlic- 20 no.
- Ginger- 1 no. (Chopped)
- Salt- as needed
- Vinegar- as needed
Step 1: Pour oil in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, after a few seconds, add garlic, ginger and curry leaves, and fry it well. Add turmeric powder and green chili and sort it well for a few seconds. Add carrot, bitter gourd pieces and salt, mix it nicely.
Step 2: Let it cooked for a few minutes, in between stir it well. Do not cover with a lid. Switch off the flame. Add vinegar and mix it well.
