Mackerel/Ayila fish curry without oil |

Ingredients :
- Sliced mackerel/ayila-500 gm
- Onion- 2 no. (Sliced)
- Garlic and ginger- 5 tsp
- Kashmiri chili powder- 4 tsp
- Curry leaves as needed
- Turmeric powder-2 Tsp
- Coriander powder- 4 tsp
- Kudam puli/Malabar tamarind- 2no.(Soaked in water for 10 minutes)
- Salt- as needed
Step 1: Take a pan, put mackerel/ayila, onion, garlic, ginger, chili powder, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt, and mix it with your hand very well. Add soaked tamarind and water. Keep it on a moderate flame and allow it to boil for 15-20 minutes.
Step 2: Let it cooked for a few minutes by open, in between stir it well. Allow it to cool.
