Ingredients :

  1. Egg-1 no.
  2. Chopped onion-half
  3. Sliced cabbage- 1/4 cup
  4. Sliced chili- half
  5. Curry leaves- as needed
  6. Turmeric powder- 1 pinch
  7. Pepper powder-1/2 tsp (optional)  
  8. Salt- as needed
  9. Oil- 1tsp
Method:

Step 1: Take a bowl, put sliced onion, chili, cabbage, curry leaves, turmeric powder, pepper powder and salt, and mix it well. Add egg and mix it very well.

Step 2: Take a frying pan, warm it on medium flame and spread the oil. After a few minutes, pour egg mixture and rotate the pan to spread egg evenly. Then, flip the omelette and take out from the pan after a few minutes.
