Mushroom cheesy pizza with home made base
Preparation time- 2 hour

Ingredients (for 4 servings):
  1. Whole purpose flour- 1cup
  2. Butter- 50 gm
  3. Salt- as needed
  4. Egg- 1
  5. Yeast- 7 gm
  6. Sugar- 1 tsp
  7. Milk-5 tsp  
  8. Mayonnaise-3 tsp
  9. Tomato ketchup- 3 tsp
  10. Cheese grated as needed
  11. Mushroom- 100 gm
  12. Tomato chopped- 1 no.  
  13. Capsicum chopped-1 no.
  14. Onion chopped- 1 no.  
Method:

Step 1: Add yeast and sugar in lukewarm milk and keep it aside for 5 minutes.

Step 2: In a bowl, mix flour, butter, salt, egg and yeast solution and knead it well for 5-7 minutes.

Step 3:Cover with a wet cloth and keep it for 2 hours for fermentation. After 2 hours, take pizza tray, dust with butter and  flour and spread the dough as shown in the picture.

Step 4: Spread mayonnaise and tomato ketchup uniformly and keep all chopped vegetables and grated cheese on top of it. Keep it in a pre heated oven in 220 degree celsius for 20-25 minutes in a medium height metal rack.

  • For baking pizza, use medium height metal rack
