Ingredients :
- Finely chopped beetroot- 100 gm
- Finely chopped onion- 50 gm
- Oil- 3 tsp
- Mustard seeds- 1 tsp
- Tumeric powder- 1 tsp
- Chili powder- 2 tsp
- Salt- as needed
- Curd-100 ml
Step
1: Pour oil in a pan and warm it on medium flame. Add mustard seeds, after a few seconds, add chopped onion, beetroot, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder and salt, and stir it well. Pour 100 ml of water for cooking.
Let it cooked for a few minutes by covering with a lid, in between stir it well. Switch off the flame, when it gets cool, add curd and mix it well.
